Preparation is the most important part of creating a garage floor that will last for many years. We start by degreasing and diamond grinding, using an attached vacuum system that removes all of the old oil, paint, and any other materials on the concrete that may keep the coatings from adhering properly. Any structural or nonstructural cracks, pitting, and imperfections are repaired to bring any old floor back to a monlithic slab of concrete ready for coating.
With Citadel's advanced gel waterproofing material we can elinimate all possibility of a future coating failure. We use a non-invasive Moisture Meter, and, if necessary, applying the Polymatrix Gel will create a vapor barrier and provide a better substrate for coating.
Citadel's clear coat will leave your floor with an even high gloss finish, with just one coat. All of Citadel's products are 100% UV stable and will not fade over time.
