Wood Carriage House Doors
The above doors combine the strength of steel with the aesthetics of wood. Exterior surfaces utilize MDO or T1-11 plywood as a base, and Western Cedar, known for its resistance to warping, cracking, and twisting, as the overlay. The wood is mounted to a 2-inch commercial steel door. Factory-installed polystyrene insulation provides an extra thermal barrier and the
interior is finished with luan paneling to give the door a complete wood look.
Doors are shipped with their natural wood finish to allow for customization of paint and stain.

Factory-installed polystyrene insulation provides an extra thermal barrier against inclement weather and reduces noise.
Doors are available in white but allow you to paint in the color of your choice.
The American Series Carriage House Door offers premium door sections with a solid polystyrene core between two sheets of steel. Custom vinyl molding bonded to the embossed face combine to give the look of a classical wood carriage house door, but with the easy maintenance, durability and affordability of steel. Colors are Bright White, Almond, and Sandstone.
