All orders shipped UPS ground may be shipped by other ground shipping methods at our option. Due to increased fuel and surcharges, International and air shipments may be adjusted prior to shipment. If you have a shipper preference, such as next day, 2-day service, etc., please send a comment with your order and we will try to accommodate. |
Any purchase being shipped outside the U.S. will require extra shipping and handling charges. These fees will be added on as an additional charge through our store credit card processor. On large orders to Canada, it is usually required that the customer have a customs broker. |
Our Refund Policy:
GUARANTEE: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, so we offer a 100% money back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with one of our products for any reason, just send it back to us in the same condition it was sent to you (with the tags on) and we will accommodate your request for a refund. Shipping costs, either way, will not be refunded. All returns must have an authorization number, which can be obtained by emailing our store , and be returned within 25 days of delivery to the customer. Any damaged items for return must be reported to us within 24 hours. There can be no returns on special orders, custom orders, products that have been used or garage flooring.
Over the Counter Sales: Returns & refunds for full amount of purchases and exchanges are allowed up to thirty days after purchase. Refunds must be accompanied with the dated receipt and the items must be in new condition with their original tags. After 30 days, returns will be accepted with a 30% restocking charge. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed on sale items. Sale items are sold "as is." No refunds on special orders, flooring, or custom ordered items.
