If you're not satisfied with one of our products for any reason, just send it back to us in the same condition it was sent to you (with the tags on) and we will accommodate your request for a refund. Shipping costs, either way, will not be refunded. All returns must have an authorization number, which can be obtained by emailing our store, and be returned within 25 days of delivery to the customer. Any damaged items for return must be reported to us within 24 hours. There can be no returns on special orders, custom orders, products that have been used or garage flooring.

Over the Counter Sales: Returns & refunds for full amount of purchases and exchanges are allowed up to thirty days after purchase. Refunds must be accompanied with the dated receipt and the items must be in new condition with their original tags. After 30 days, returns will be accepted with a 30% restocking charge. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed on sale items. Sale items are sold "as is." No refund on special orders or custom ordered items.
