SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Shipping & handling charges are automatically added to total amount of the order. Sales tax is added only to Wisconsin orders. Shipping is by our choice of carriers. If you have a shipper preference or service, please send a comment with your order and we will get you a quote and add an additional charge with your prior approval. Please let us know if there are any particular carriers that will not deliver to your shipping address.
Any purchase being shipped outside the U.S. will require extra shipping and handling charges and the extra charges added to your credit card with your prior approval. Please email or call for a shipping quote. Canadian and International customers may find that when their order is delivered by carrier they are required to pay an extra shipping fee or a duty fee. The shipping charge from The Garage Project Online only covers our part in getting your package(s) to your destination. We cannot be responsible for Canadian or International Customs Fees. Please be aware of this and the fact that you may need a customs broker.
Most orders will ship as soon as the credit card authorization or PayPal authorization is approved. Some items may be back ordered anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks depending upon the item. If you have any questions about the shipping time for your order please feel free to call or email us. Orders shipped anywhere other than the lower 48 States may take 5-10 days shipping if by air and 30 days shipping if by ocean. If your shipping fees on your order do not cover the method of shipping you prefer, we have the right to request additional shipping funds for your order.
RETURN POLICY:

If you're not satisfied with one of our products for any reason, just send it back to us in the same condition it was sent to you (with all the packaging intact) and we will accommodate your request for a refund. Any damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours in order for us to file a claim with the carrier. There can be no returns on special orders or custom orders.
