Garage Door Threshold Seal Kit

The TsunamiSeal™ Garage Door Threshold Seal mounts to your garage floor creating the perfect seal between your door and your garage floor.

Works great with all types of garage doors (including roll up doors, hinged wood doors and walk through doors).

Creating a tight seal will keep out leaves, dirt, water, snow, and insects, and keep your garage warmer during the winter and cooler during the summer, helping to keep your energy costs down.

Each Door Seal Kit includes the one piece Door Seal, one cartridge of Liquid Nails Ultra Duty Poly Adhesive, a metal caulking gun and comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY.

Available in Black, Brown and Gray in 10', 16', and 18' lengths.  3.5" w by .5" thick.   The16' and 18' Seal Kits come with 2 caulking cartridges.
